It doesn’t have to be much, but do something. Spend $30, go to a nice salon and get your hair styled. No crew cuts or “#2 shaver only” cuts allowed! Style it with a little styling gel or wax. You’ll be surprised how much of a difference having a hairstyle makes.

I’ve seen a lot of web startups come and go over the years, but none of them I miss as much as I miss Sandy. Having a virtual personal assistant was such a great product idea, I almost loathe Twitter for not relaunching the service.
